Sa'ad Abad Complex is located on the southern slopes of the foothills of Tochal and the green valley of Darband in the northernmost point of Tehran. The area of this complex includes one million and one hundred thousand square meters.

Saadabad Museum Garden is an 11-hectare Iranian valley garden with 100-year-old sycamore trees. This garden has about 7,500 trees. The garden has natural forests, rivers, aqueducts, orchards, greenhouses, meadows and rare plants such as sequoia, ginkgo, tulips, spruce, red flowers, lavender and Coumbine.
